Carter BloodCare will celebrate the completion of an extensive remodeling project at its Tyler Donor Center on Monday, Nov. 14. The occasion will be marked by an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by members of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce, followed by a tour of the donor center. Members of the public are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be provided.
