Entry-level positions start at $16.50 an hour, and phlebotomists start at $18.00 an hour.

Am I required to have previous medical or health care experience for your positions?

While some positions will require specific experience, there are plenty of opportunities for which hands-on training is provided.

Are there any entry-level positions?

Yes. Many of our positions will provide training, including clerical and laboratory settings.  These range from phlebotomists, call center agents, warehouse technicians, to production technicians and many more!

Minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, and six months of general work experience (blood center-related work experience not required).

What is the minimum age requirement to be employed at Carter BloodCare?
